Legal Representation
Represent client’s interests and to provide legal advice and counsel with respect to establishment of a business and licensing, registration, labour and employment matter in Somalia.
Advise and handle client’s corporate issues in Somalia as assigned in writing by the Client in consultation with the Law Firm.
Advise the Client with respect to the Territory’s Federal, local and regional Law, including, but not limited to administrative, labor and employment, civil, constitutional, corporate, criminal federal and regional laws.
